| Here are the results of my dyno runs, provided by Bamm Motorsports. Thunderkit, 134 f & 138 r main jets, needle clips on 2nd notch, #40 idle jets, 38 tooth rear sprocket.
40.76 hp @ 5290 rpm, 48.68 ft/lbs torque @ 3570 rpm Thunderkit, 134 f & 138 r main jets, needle clips on 3rd notch, #40 idle jets, 38 tooth rear sprocket. 44.81 hp @ 4280 rpm, 59.79 ft/lbs torque @ 3330 rpm Thunderkit, 134 f & 138 r main jets, needle clips on 4th notch, #42 idle jets, 37 tooth rear sprocket. Dyno was recalibrated for new sprocket. 46.09 hp @ 4900 rpm, 61.53 ft/lbs torque @ 3380 rpm The red traces on this printout are my last run of the day last week, and the blue traces are today’s run. I did have them pull up the stock run they had shown me so I could see the numbers again. I was way off in what I thought I first saw for the torque number.. The stock run they had done on a previous ACE 750, before doing some engine work showed 39 horsepower and 29 ft/lbs torque. After the engine work they had done, the hp went to 49 and the torque stayed at 29. |
