Golf Club Mirrors for Honda Cruisers

Tired of the stock Mickey Mouse ear style mirrors on the SS750. Looking around most mirrors are very costly. These Universal mirrors can be had for less than 50 bucks on Ebay and look very nice on the SS750. Install is a snap as the Honda requires no special metric adapters to install these mirrors. One note is to check that the actual mirror is tightened properly to the stem, my first ride on the highway proved that out of the box these mirrors were not, I couldn't get them to stay put. Once I got everything tightened and adjusted properly these mirrors are great. Much smaller than the stock mirrors but they stand out wide enough to see more than just my shoulders. The outter most part of these mirrors is about as wide as the stock handlebars. These mirrors do vibrate quite a bit making objects behind me blurry but that hasn't proven to be a problem with functionality so long as I can see that there is a large colored mass of a car there. If you cover your motorcycle I recommend covering your mirrors with a sock or some cloth before adding the motorcycle cover because these mirrors have a very defined edge all the way around the mirror and that will lead to a tear in your cycle cover at the highest mirror point. As a final note for the price these mirrors are a great find and once everything is tightened and adjusted properly they are great mirrors. The chrome on the mirror parts themselves is great, I can't say that for the bolts where these tighten to the bike. Mine have started to rust at the bolt years later, but the mirrors themselves still look great. A small price to pay for mirrors that are so affordable, functional, and also a drastic improvement to look of the bike. There may be better higher quality mirrors out there but I still recommend these mirrors to anyone looking for an affordable and simple stock replacement that doesn't hinder functionality.
