JPC Clamps

These chrome bolt on 41mm turn signal relocation fork clamps are great for mounting after market signals. My first and foremost complaint on these relocation clamps is that I had to grind these with a Dremel tool at the union to prevent these from damaging my fork tubes when trying to use them. It was too tight of a fit. I think the chrome added to much thickness to fit 41mm at the union because I never ground past the chrome. Cosmetically these look great and have functioned very well holding my Chris Products turn signals in place for years. The chrome is quite bright. I have had some problems with surface rust forming around the chrome screws but that is easily wiped away. When installing these make sure that you tighten the signal mounting screws tight enough to prevent your signals from vibrating loose and changing position when rolling down the highway. A little light "blue" thread lock compound may be in order as well, although I have had no problems with mine and I did not use any thread locking compound. The price on these is quite attractive and the looks after using them really cleans up the front end of the SS750 no matter where you place them on the fork tubes. These may be designed for turn signals, but these could also be used to mount small auxiliary driving lights as well.
