The Original billski Mod

The Boulevard 2 inch Drag Pipes are one Cobra's most affordable and simplest designed exhaust systems. They are one solid piece making them incredibly simple to install and they have a good sound. If you pull they baffles you can get a loud but beefy sound that is sure to turn heads. Despite being one the most affordable on the list of Cobra pipes these pipes are not lacking in quality. The chrome is beautiful and the functionality is visible with the reduced header pipe size and the larger exit pipe sizing for increased exhaust flow. These pipes should also include clamp on spot sized heat shields for protection for your legs from being burned because unlike other pipes such as Vance and Hines which offer a wrap around chrome heat shield, these pipes are solid pipes with no head shield. I recommend extra clamp on head shields or some exhaust wrap if you don't mind covering up the chrome to protect your legs if you ride in shorts, ever. These pipes are also susceptible to bluing around the heads because they are one solid pipe. Some folks like the look of bluing, others do not, so be prepared to deal with this if you do not appreciate the coloration of blueing. That aside if you do not want to spend a large chuck of change on new pipes these pipes look and sound excellent on the Shadow Spirit 750 DC.
